Srushti Deshmukh began working on her UPSC entry in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. After graduation, she began to question whether she could be satisfied in an engineer position. Her goal became apparent when she shifted her focus to the civil work. Her parents encouraged her to be a civil servant and pursue an employment in the public sector. Her motivation never waned, and remained focused solely in her pursuit of becoming an IAS. To be eligible for UPSC it is necessary to do more. The student also studied for UPSC examinations while doing her engineering studies. Every day, she set aside some time to prepare for the exam. In just over a month and half, she prepared for her exam in engineering and also stayed away from social media. Her belief is that concentration and focus are crucial for a successful test to become a government official. She was very focused on passing this exam and put in a lot of amount of work. Each day she would read the newspaper to keep up with current events. Rajya Sabha TV and online studies were also of huge help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh created and released a book called The Answer Writing Guide. This book can be found at any library in the country. It is an excellent book for IAS applicants who work hard for the test. Her husband also regularly shares information about them as well as their jobs on their Facebook and Twitter pages.
